What is the process to get started?
Fill out the quote form or email us with your ideas, designs, and items. We will review your design to determine stitch count, select your item, and finalize your quote and design.
How does the billing process work?
To start your project, we require a 50% down-payment. The remaining 50% must be finalized before pick up/shipment.
Do you accept customer provided items?
We do but we cannot guarantee the quality of the item or replace it if there are any issues. We guarantee products that we supply and highly recommend you use our resources to secure items for your design.
What is your turnaround time?
While there may be several factors impacting turnaround time, our standard timing is 10-14 business days from approved design/mockup and receipt of deposit. Rush production is available for an additional charge.
